"A lovely, historic hotel, but our stay was marred by having to change rooms due to bad bathroom plumbing. Our compensation was an “upgraded” room that really wasn’t. Our friends stayed at the same time, paid the same, and had a more modernized room on another floor."

"Apartment in good location Was reasonably clean But - the towels were very thin and hard in need of replacing The shower - rainfall head didn’t work And no door so room floor became wet Remote for tv needed new batteries The safe also didn’t work"
