"The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on. "
"Nice trip with friends. we lived on the new side of the hotel next to the pools and partially facing the sea. The room was clean and comfortable. Instead, the restaurant and breakfast bar was on the old side, it definitely needs improvements."

"Hotel in beautifully renovated old buildings on a hill overlooking an ancient village. Comp fruit bowl and water in room. Friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding restaurant on site. Pool and spa facilities available but didn't use. I wholeheartedly recommend with these caveats for those for whom it might matter: there are a lot of stairs and no lift, kitchen is halal, so no alcohol."

"This property is very amazing and beautiful. They are not currently fully functional but seems to be getting ready for the summer season ahead. The property itself is very beautiful but is location is far from main hustle bustle spots so unless you have a car difficult to commute around. Even though they have been open for 2-3 years there seem to be minor issues with their operational processes which the staff is eager to resolve. Overall we had a very pleasant stay"
"Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "
"This hotel was stunning, with breathtaking views. My room featured a lovely balcony. The owner was incredibly accommodating; he welcomed us warmly upon our late check-in at 10 PM. I would definitely return."
