Built in an old barn adjoining the owners' home, this place invites you, among other things, to discover the heritage built in earth and stone clean marshes Cotentin and Bessin, whose traditional techniques have been used to restore the property , dated about 1800. GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION At the entrance to the peninsula of Cotentin, Gorges is a small village, located between the landing beaches (25 km), Cherbourg (50 km) and Mont Saint-Michel (90 km). The Gite has it's own parking place and a small enclosed garden with table and barbecue. A great base for exploring the D-Day beaches and museums (car essential). A double bed upstairs and a sofabed in the lounge for extra guest. ##### Charles G.
