"Charming hotel which has it's quirks but that's all part of the experience with fantastic staff who made us feel very welcome and satisfied. The view was fabulous and the food was terrific and the staff were brilliant. The road up to the hotel is not for the faint hearted (Strada da Valmara) so take their advice on how to reach the property if you are not very confident with mountain roads. "

Asked which one is a heavy red, she said they are all the same. Terrible attitude and rude. Every other staff were great. Great hotel located perfectly in Menaggio."

The view is truly unbelievable. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was amazing, we didn’t even want to leave the room. The fine dining restaurant was tremendous, best meal we had during our stay. 5 stars "
