"The reception staff were great. We were able to leave our bags before the check in opened at 4pm with the neighbouring building reception. The room had everything you need to self cater. Although a little way from the centre it was a lovely walk along the river and public transport was excellent to the property."

"Bastante mal comunicado. Está en la dirección pero detrás del edificio, no se puede acceder en coche Si vas en silla de ruedas o maletas hay una rampa de 50m para poder llegar, o unos 60 escalones. El aire acondicionado gotea con lo que acaba mojando el sofa-cama, cuidado! Calidad precio desafasado (quizás por la fecha)"

"Great location, secure parking, hot water, clean, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Kitchen could be better equipped, e.g. no salt/pepper, just 2 full plates, a handful of dishwasher pellets, etc. During our stay there was construction on the waterway behind apartment which was quite loud and there is some noise from road traffic if windows are open. Still, location is great and it is a decent base for exploring Bilbao area. "

"The apartment was clean and near the beach as advertised, nicely updated, however the Wi-Fi was very weak and sometimes useless, there is a busy street about 3 meters from the building that was not disclosed in the advertisement, so it is not a quiet location. Parking is limited and you will not be able to park next to the building, in the evening we returned to find no parking nearby…overall we would not recommend the apartment unless there is nothing else near by. Also we were out of power one...

"We enjoyed this apartment. It was clean and well stocked. Its urban location allowed us to walk about the city. It was located above an excellent restaurant and bar - Cafe Neto."
