The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn

Lovely, clean modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. The location high up in the old town was very handy too. Sarajevo is a fine city with great people and a tragic recent history, tge history being the reason for me and my colleagues' visit. Highly recommended.

Outstanding staff services. I checked in quite late, but provided every assistance I needed and enjoyed nice warm delicious dinner in hotel restuarant. Highly recommended in the heart of Mostar.
