"It's not the Ritz Csrlton, but it's clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and inexpensive. It was a safe place for me and quiet. They had a little problem with my check out. They thought it was one day earlier but I went to the office and they assured me it's was their mistake. They were very good about it and apologized. Overall I only stayed there to sleep and enjoyed my time there 😊 😃 😀"

"I have never met a friendlier or better trained staff in 50+yrs of travel. Trained to call you by name; surprise xtra’s on night turndown. Low key hospitality and excellent food. I will remember the Salt and Meadow yeast rolls as “best ever”. Upstairs halls could use touch up paint and artwork but room was immaculate and bed/pillows etc very comfortable."

"The house is great. Very clean and the A/C works great! I was surprised that the dock ended abruptly and is blocked. We were there to fish and crab, but fishing was more about getting snagged because we couldn't cast from the end of the dock. Jelly fish were by the hundreds in the water. Not any issue of the property owner just disappointing for anyone wanting to swim. Closet swim beach that is useable by renters is about a 12 minute drive. Wake Beach is about 100 yards of sandy beach between 2 properties. The last night, there was a major storm. Water came in through the backdoor and flooded the dining room. We cleaned it up and reported it to the property manager. He stated it had happened only one time before. Great house, great views and very quiet. Slept really well!!"

"My daughters and I had an amazing time at the sweet Escape. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the beach access, views of the bay, dolphins swimming and also the town of white stone and kilmarnock. My nanny lived in white stone when I was a little girl and staying here really brought back a lot of memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"Our stay in one of the cottages was so wonderful! From check in to check out the staff were so kind and helpful. The children in our group enjoyed every amenity of the campground. All of the grounds were well maintained and kept. I have nothing but positive things to say and our family will definitely be coming back!"
