To begin with the valet service cost $65, and they did not even attempt to assist with getting the luggage out. We had a “PREMIUM” room which included missing plaster on the sealing, marks on the walls, bubbles and rolls in the carpet, peeling wall paper, a bathroom mirror that was scaling and separating from its backing, black stains in the shower tile grout, rust dirt and hair in the shower drains, delamination of the bathroom door edges, large rust spots on the bathroom door frame, dust on the desk, and what looked like months of greasy fingerprint stains on the lamp on the desk. To make us fell more comfortable the maintenance man carried on conversations on his blue tooth device in FULL LOUD voice as we went down the elevator to breakfast. All of that could not be topped other than the male employee 10 feet away from me in the restaurant who proceeded to ask a female employee to “touch him”. This was absolutely the worst Westin experience that I have ever had. To say I am very disappointed in Marriott and the management of this hotel would be an EXTREME understatement.
