Cependant l'état du logement reste à désirer : parquet qui gondole, coussins du canapé sales tout comme les tapis de bains, pas d'ampoule donc pas de lumière dans une des chambres, pas de couteaux, poubelle non vidée entre les locataires et amas de papiers journaux dans une armoire. Bien que l'accueil soit agréable cela ne vaut pas 120€ la nuit.
