We booked this hotel for a quick stay after a long days bus ride. At time of booking a message was sent to management letting them know that our arrival to the hotel would be late as there was a lengthy bus ride and as the expedia app explained late check in was available as per availability whatever that means. The hotel responded a little later that late check in would not be possible and sorry for the inconvenience. Inconvenience? We were only a few hours from our destination at this point and left without a hotel in the middle of the night. Not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on the service i received from this hotel.

Hi Collin, thank you for your comment, we appreciate your feedback.Regarding this situation, our system shows that you booked with us on the 21st via Expedia, our advertise indicates that our check-in time is from 2:30pm until 10pm.You sent us a message on the 22nd at 1:08pm that you will arrive later than 12 midnight, which is 2h passed our latest check-in time.We do not offer any late check-in options our facility is closed by 10pm everyday, for us its not possible wait as indicates our page.
