"Staff were friendly and that's about the only good thing I can say, the carpets in the common areas are filthy, there was no hot water for a shower and we were woken up at 1am by loads of drunk guests shouting. I got about 3 hours sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"I particularly liked the staff who were all very friendly. There was one in particular who was a model employee but I have forgotten his name. He did everything. Worked at the front desk, bar, kitchen, and he was very fast. He transferred our heavy suitcases with a smile and no fuss. His employer should be very proud of him. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and by the water."

The perfect house for a family holiday.

"We enjoyed a fabulous week in Benodet, staying at this superb property. An executive, lartge detached house in large gardens, perfect for the large family gathering.Modern, contemporary and benefitting from excellent quality appliances and overall facilities.Some minor inconveniences, with the WIFI strength being erratic, the master bedroom TV not working, nor the Jacuzzi bath, but these were no big problem really.The overall layout of the house lends itself perfectly for a large family to live with space and comfort.Often, a true opinion of a property is whether we would return again. The answer is...........YES!! "

Family holiday in lovely beach location

"We had a lovely week in this accommodation. The apartment was well equiped (but no conventional oven just a combi microwave) but tonnnes of plates glasses pans and a full fridge. The location is just a 5 min walk from the beach, shops and restuarants and there is parking either over ground (free) or underground (paid - think it is $8). There is a pool which was open all day. We loved the area and enjoyed the sunsets which were stunning. There is a Carrefour at the edge of town for any shopping. One down side was the internet which was almost non existant. This is just a watch out in case its important to you. We went to reception as signal was very strong there as had to send some work emails. All in all this really is a lovely family friendly place. Its got limited facilities besides the pool but as its so well placed you can find these on the doorstep. Thanks to the managent and staff for a lovely stay"

VILLA 385m2, LARGE POOL, JACUZZI and SPA, SAUNA, BILLIARD, GARDEN 8000m2

Wonderful Family Holiday

"We had 2 weeks staying in this spacious property. The main highlight was the lovely heated pool which we made use of everyday and the outdoor seating area for coffee and cake in particular!! We cooked every night for 10 so used all the kitchen equipment and lovely big dining room table for us all to sit at. Bedrooms were all spacious and well laid out, with storage and hanging for clothes. We loved the shutters to, kept the rooms nice and dark. The pool table and table tennis table were a success and much used and our little one even practiced her piano and there was a cupboard of board games which we used on some of the more cloudy days. The outdoor space/garden was vast, with a swing and trampoline for the kids – the kids played lots of football, running races and gymnastics! We found the utility room great for a few washes and hanging rail in the garden (as we were there for 2 weeks). Benodet was a short car journey away with some beautiful coastal walks and long sweeping beaches, not to mention some exceptional Boulangeries, Poissonnerie and Bouchère. All in all a fabulous time and some wonderful family memories made."

Benodet - Apart. 1 bedroom/4 pers. - 150 m from the beach !

cramped

"Stairs awkward not for elderly or those with mobility issues. Nowhere to dry washing, no heating in cold weather. shower/ bath dangerous as very narrow making balance difficult. Ex pensive for what you get.Would not come again."
