"Bed was only better than the floor. We had 2 other families walk into our room the first night and the Breakfast was not good other than the waffles. Worst hotel experience we’ve had in a while. We only got one apology from staff and rekeyed our room 4 times in 3 hours."

"We stayed two nights, breakfast and all the amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and having access to Middleton Place Garden was a dream! My only qualm (at 7 months pregnant) was the bed and pillow comfortability, my husband agreed though so it wasnt just me! The other thing to consider is bringing your own vehicle if you are planning on doing any sight seeing or leaving the property. Downtown Charleston is about a 35 to 45 minute depending on the time of day. "

"Mostly positive experience as expected. Unexpected positive: free breakfast and also free food in the evening. Unexpected negative: the very tiny swimming pool is located right near the front door of the property, where also the parking is."

"The room was small but clean and good for what I needed. The air conditioner was inconsistent and hard to keep at temperature needed. It is a beautiful area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and stocked for needs."

"Golf course was our backyard which was awesome. Rooms were big, location to places were nearby, and host was quick to respond questions.Master bedroom was big with a nice bathroom. Two other rooms were big too; however, no ceiling fans."

"The house was very easy to find and a great location for going in to the city. The host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. There were kitchen basics, though a smaller sharp knife would be a good addition (it as very difficult to prepare food). The property was clean and secure. I would return to this property or other properties with this host."

"Ginger was a great helpful host. Her home was very clean. She was always available for any questions we had. She left a nice bottle of wine and snacks for us. The beds were very comfortable. We had soap and shampoo, etc. Paper towels, some spices and anything else you might need. The home was well equipped. Within walking distance or a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.We would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed."
