Having only a few guests at an all-inclusive hotel could have felt strange – but here it felt exclusive instead. A four-course set menu for both lunch and dinner, wine with the meals, an open bar, and staff delivering service as if the hotel were fully booked. So much heart. We won’t forget the raki anytime soon.

No air conditioning! They promised (falsely) to fix it and then said it could not be fixed. We slept with the balcony door open and are now covered in mosquito bites. And we couldn’t sleep because the mosquito buzz is surprisingly loud when it’s near your head. We killed several, most of which were already full of our blood. Breakfast and dinner were included and were fine, limited menu but good. Pool and beach were nice. But we were pretty miserable after the hot restless night without ac.
At least this mosquito won’t bite anyone else.
