"We were there during Covid time in Europe the staff was wearing mask to keep us safe. Everything clean few times a day. The staff was helpful if you were having question. The room was clean, the swimming pool area was also clean. Overall we have a nice family stay. "

"A horrible stay. Hotel wasn’t fully opened. Rooms were worn down, not clean, staff speaks no English, pools were empty, all inclusive dinner was an oily tasteless soup, a salad , an over cooked chicken stew with rice and a mini slice of cake. Asked for more rice ( as that was the only eatable ) and took 1 hr and begging to get it. Elevator didn’t work, getting to the 6th floor was getting up at the 4 and then walk 2 floors. "We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....
