First of all and this is for ALL you hotels, the hot-tub and sauna that were advertising WERE NOT WORKING, and my believe that this was for a long time, NO like the clerk told us just a week ago was broken.
Second, the entrance was ONLY on the outside of the room, so if it is winter I have to carry the luggage on the snow ?
HOTELS.com should request that if something DOES NOT work or it s not available the hotel MUST NOTIFY the booker via hotels.com, so the people can cancel or decide what to do, but when you are there after traveling the whole day it is a little late, don't you think ?
