Tenants will be operating during standard business hours; however, weekend work may occur when necessary. \-We have one dedicated parking spot for our guest\`s use. \-Guests must first enter the building using the intercom. Once inside, they can access the parking garage located at the back of the building. While waiting to open the garage door from the inside, guests may temporarily park in the open area parking located in front of the garage. \-The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 5.8 ft. \-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed. \-AC is located in the living room. It is not a centralized system. Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay.
