Absolutely disgusting experience. I booked an extended stay through Expedia expecting a clean, safe room, but instead I found bed bugs crawling in the bed. I have photos and videos documenting the infestation. The front desk moved me to another room, but that room also had bugs. When I asked to be moved again because I didn’t feel safe sleeping there, I was told there would be an additional charge for another room. Charging a guest more money after placing them in multiple infested rooms is completely unacceptable. The property itself was in terrible condition. The bathroom had mold, the grounds were unkempt with overgrown grass, and the entire motel looked neglected and poorly maintained. It was obvious cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities here. I expected a basic level of cleanliness and customer service, but this stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Thankfully, I documented everything with photos and videos. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here think twice. I certainly won’t be back.

Clean hotel. Clean room. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Kickbacks at night were different. Harder to feed picky kids with but still a nice add on.

Power went out two different times in our two night stay, once at 4am Saturday morning and around 3-4 Saturday afternoon it went out again. We had to evacuate the pool when it went out in the afternoon. The 4am outage seemed to take longer to fix.

This is an old beautiful building that looks pretty in the lobby but if you look too close there are issues. The elevators are terrifying because you’re never quite sure if and when they will break down. The beds are hard as a rock and the shower was old and gross. While I realize they have tried to keep some of the charm, things need to be updated!!! They charge way too much to stay here for these kinds of problems.
