"We had a lovely stay in Kannapolis at University Mill House. It was conveniently located yet felt nicely tucked away in a walking neighborhood. The hosts were helpful and very easy to communicate with regarding suggestions for dinner. "

"The unit was new with nice new appliances, roomy, clean, nicely decorated and felt very welcoming. The bed I slept in was very soft and comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows were provided as well. We brought our own soap, shampoo and conditioner, but it was a nice surprise to see large fixed dispensers in the bathrooms. The towels and washcloths were nice quality. All three bedrooms were upstairs. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, were provided. There is a cute back patio with lights, but there is another...

"This was our 2nd stay at this property but in a different tree house and it didn’t disappoint again. My wife and I choose this location whenever we’re in the area and can justify a night away to ourselves. Very family friendly but also a nice retreat without the kids.
