Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The Penguin hotel is in a fantastic area. The beach, shops and restaurants are steps away. It has a cute Penguin theme. The staff were wonderful, especially, Eduardo who was very helpful during check-in and check out.
He was very sweet and we enjoyed speaking with him. The room was clean. We requested fresh up daily and housekeeping came every day. We stayed in a room with a terrace and ocean view. Views were breathtaking.
If we ever come back to South Beach Miami, this is the hotel for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
