Gold Coast Mall

Parking was good. Room was clean. AC worked well. Check in was a bit rough my room was not ready at 4pm waited 20 mins pass 4 pm and then left and came back a little after 5 pm and it was ready at that time.

First time ever being there great place to stay very friendly and clean will definitely be back

First night at hotel, walking newphews back to their room, which is right next to ours. We were on the ground floor, had direct access to the grass area. My wife stepped into a sink hole, lost control of our child she was holding as her right leg went deep into the hole. This was right outside our room. Maintenance did fill in hole but besides asking if wife was okay, nothing was done. Besides that major issue, the hotel was not bad but based on management response, I would not recommend
