Everything is as pictured. The ocean view from the front balcony is great. The apartment is located right across the road from the beach, steps from the Surfers Paradise arch so lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Minor inconveniences to note: the key pick-up location was rather far from the apartment. Code needs to be sent the day before and not whilst you are waiting there and can't get hold of anyone on the phone. Dropping off was much easier. Accommodation was in the perfect location, all cupboard handles were grubby and sticky but otherwise clean. A couple of chairs had wonky legs that need to be fixed but otherwise the place is fantastic. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night and first thing in the morning.
