The cutlery was dirty and we found 4 cockroaches in the room upon arrival. To top it off, the host was even worse to communicate with. They charged me $100 over a week after I left the place and only messaged me after they took the money out of my account to say “missing table lamp shades”, to which I have proof there is not even table lamps within the room. They ignored my messages after this and only returned the money once I escalated the issue and filed an investigation, to which they responded it was a “misunderstanding”.
