If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience. \- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the residents and other guests in the building. \- Observe all building rules during your stay including pool and exercise rules. \- No smoking anywhere in this apartment either inside or on the balcony. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the apartment you will be charged $50 for extra cleaning. \- No parties or events unless previously organised in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200 \- If we receive any noise complaints from neighbours a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $250AUD to guests for the first call out. If they are called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. \- Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. \- In the event a guest has not checked out and replaced the keys in the correct letterbox by 30 minutes after check out time, there will be a $50 fee charged to the guest. \- Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out. We require 3 Photos: \* Photo of a Key on the Kitchen Bench \* Photo of the Key inside the Lockbox \* Photo of the Lockbox closed, and code scrambled.
