Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction. Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge. Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late checking out will be charged the total base rate for the night, without entitlement to stay longer. Any costs incurred by the host due to late check-out will be passed on to the guest. Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out.
