Very spacious with lovely terrace with a very open feel to it. The proximity to the shops, restaurants and beach were very convenient so that we didn't need to use our car at all. Ideal if using public transport as bus 700 at bottom of street at Coolangatta and Kirra ends. Own car space but 4 flights of stairs (only 36 steps)may be a deterrent. Very clean and tidy.
