KEY COLLECTION The person making the booking must be present at key collection via either concierge or lock box. Key collection is offsite (5-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the property). Full details will be sent 30 hours prior to check-in. OCCUPANTS The total number of individuals staying on the premises during the lease term shall be a total of guests as per the booking. Exceeding the guest limit will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund. QUIET HOURS Please keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 8pm to 8am, including music to respect neighbours and local regulations. NO PARTIES OR COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS In accordance with Gold Coast City Council regulations, we enforce a strict NO PARTY, NO EVENT, and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTION policy. This includes hens/bucks nights, adult entertainment, or large gatherings. A breach of this rule will result in instant eviction with no refund and possible further penalties.
