It was very very tough to reach out to host. No check in details until day before, was to call Stayz call service to reach out to host to get this details. We paid $60 for two parking. No details sent for it even after following up numerous times. At last when we were searching parking near hotel, received his message with parking details. Host responded quickly for prebooking queries but once booked, thats it. Also he mentioned sleeping for six people, there was no sofa bed. Bare minimum items, AC on hall was going back by default to high temperature. NEVER EVER GOING TO STAY AGAIN IN ANY OF THE PROPERTIES HOSTED BY THIS HOST.
