Situated within the Mantra Legends hotel, it's only 100 meters from the famous Surfers Paradise beach, and just a 5-minute walk to the bustling Cavill Avenue center. It couldn't be more convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and close proximity to shopping centers and various entertainment facilities nearby, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travel. This studio is located on level 2 and can host a maximum of 2 guests. In this studio, you will have: \- 1 living area with 1 queen-size bed and cooling and heating air conditioning \- 1 full-size bathroom with a shower over the bathtub and toilet \- Smart TV, bar fridge, Wardrobe, and a dining table in the living area. \- 1 kitchenette with an electric cooktop and microwave. （Please note the dishwasher is not working) \- 1 balcony with outdoor furniture \- No WIFI available. There is no parking with this studio booking.
