### Paradise Grove 305 Resort pools lush gardens

The Perfect location in the heart of Burleigh Heads- Walk to patrolled beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants. Set amongst 6 acres of sub-tropical landscaped gardens. This stylish, fully self contained unit has all the comforts to make your stay enjoyable. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, air conditioned lounge, ceiling fans throughout and a balcony overlooking the gardens. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, . Two swimming pools, BBQ and Tennis Court plus basement Parking.  
  
Central to everything but quiet and peaceful.  
  
Please note this property has stairs and locted on level 1

The property was large enough for our family of 6 which was great but the bathrooms were vrey clean nore were the floors. Location was lovely near shops and beach. But probably wouldn't stay here again due to cleanliness and room out dated
