Location was our main priority and this hit the mark. Talebuderra Creek just a stone throw away, great for a swim and the little ones. The property was very spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space for a family. However, was let down by the cleanliness of the property. Main lounge room / kitchen floors were dirty and spider webs around furniture. Although the kitchen was well equipped, the knives may need a sharpen. Apart from that, i would recommend this property to any family looking at staying in the palm creek area and would happily return for a stay. ##### Joshua H. It is in an excellent location and was very clean and modern. Overall we had a wonderful time especially with the special attention from the owners who went out of their way to assist us with transport to our family wedding. Thank you very much. The website stated there was private parking which there was but it was a very narrow driveway to the back house location. Parking 4 cars there was quite an effort. There was no clear indication that it was a double storey venue and with family members with limited mobility this caused a few issues. We kept the front door open during the day and enjoyed the great breeze blowing through the room. Suggestion - perhaps a screen at the front door would allow the breeze through but keep the cockroaches out. There were a few that flew in towards evening.
