Situated within the Mantra Legends hotel, it's only 100 meters from the famous Surfers Paradise beach, and just a 5-minute walk to the bustling Cavill Avenue center. It couldn't be more convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and close proximity to shopping centers and various entertainment facilities nearby, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travel. This studio is located on level 17 and can host a maximum of 4 guests. In this studio, you will have: \- 1 living area with 2 double-size beds and cooling and heating air conditioning \- 1 bathroom with a shower over the bathtub and a toilet. \- TV, Wardrobe, a bar fridge, and a desk in the living area. \- 1 balcony with an ocean view \- Free WIFI available. \- Air conditioning provided for your comfort. There is no parking with this studio booking.
