Welcome to your sky retreat. Positioned alongside the Langham Gold Coast in the Jewel Residences, completed in 2022, this is absolute beachfront living, with the sand and surf a two minute walk from the lobby.

The apartment itself faces west, looking out over the city and across to the hinterland ranges. It is the quieter aspect of the building and the better one at the end of the day, when the light comes in low and the sunset sits right in front of you. Mornings you are on the beach. Evenings you are watching the sky change from the sunroom.

THE SPACE

Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sleeping four. One bathroom. A sunroom off the main living area is the spot everyone ends up in, facing the city and the ranges.

The kitchen is gas fitted and set up for proper cooking, not just reheating. There is an internal laundry with washer and dryer, ducted air conditioning and heating throughout, fast wifi, and one allocated secure car space for the apartment.

The nearest Gold Coast light rail stop is about a six minute walk and connects you to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair, Surfers Paradise and beyond. Gold Coast Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes by car.

FOOD AND DINING

Fine dining is next door at T'ang Court in the Langham, serving elevated Cantonese. Broadbeach is about 15 minutes on foot or a few minutes by tram, with one of the strongest restaurant and cafe precincts on the coast.
