You will love the 270 degree views of the ocean, hinterlandand & river. Soak in the warmth of the sun and relax with the gentle ocean breezes. This apartment is suitable for families with children and has a large master bedroom with King bed, and a 2nd large bedroom with 1 Queen Bed and 1 King Single bed. Each has their own balcony and ensuite. There is a third ensuited bedroom which contains 2 King single beds which may also be converted into a King bed. All bedrooms have large flatscreen televisions. The whole apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard. There is ducted airconditioning/heating throughout. Amazing views of the ocean, canals and hinterland. The apartment was very spacious with modern furniture and layout. There were 7 of us staying at the apartment including 5 teenage/young adults ranging from 17 to 21 years of age and the 3 ensuite bathrooms and powder room were perfect. Kylie, our host, was very accommodating and great with her communication. The apartment was a short walk to beach and Cavill Avenue. The train stop right outside the resort was fantastic as well. We thought the photos of the view and apartment were unbelievable but matched with the positive reviews we thought it would be worth the risk. But OMG all of it was actually real; - the views stunning! - the apartment beautiful! - so so much space! - and Kylie was a dream to interact with!
