The majestic swaying palm trees greet you and guide you to the entryway foyer, where views of the sparkling pool and a private retreat await. This home will instantly lull you into holiday mode with the sounds of rolling surf, the rustling of palm fronds and the taste of salty air. Accommodating up to 8 guests, Le Palms is unique in its location, whilst having an abundance of privacy and still being within just moments from the beautiful Mermaid Beach, neighbouring walking tracks, and bustling cafes and restaurants. With a secluded Master King Suite occupying one end of the first level and two Guest Queen Suites with a shared bathroom at the other, there is a sense of full privacy for all guests. A second Guest King Suite, with access to an adjoining bathroom and powder-room, is situated on the ground floor. Each Suite having its own special features, including high end fixtures and fittings, ample space and storage, and gorgeous modern furnishings. 4 grand bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a bonus powder room, this property is not short of space, privacy or convenience, to all that the Gold Coast, and Mermaid Beach area have to offer. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. \- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday.
