To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge. Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night\`s stay and may be evicted without refund. Keys must be returned to NewsXpress no later than 10:30 am on the day of check-out. A photo of all keys placed inside NewsXpress must be provided. If the required photo is not provided / Confirmation of the key returned, a $50 fee will apply. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge. Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
