Just a short stroll away, Burleigh’s vibrant shopping precinct awaits, brimming with bustling cafes, award-winning restaurants, and charming boutiques that contribute to the lively community atmosphere. Beyond that, immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Burleigh Heads Beach, renowned for its world-class surf break, iconic headland, and scenic nature reserve.  
  
This property boasts two spacious bedrooms equipped with air conditioners and ceiling fans for added comfort, a third bedroom for extra living space which includes its own king single bed, air conditioner and block out blinds, and a stylish main bathroom with high-quality fittings. Additional features include a private north-facing courtyard, secure allocated parking, and a peaceful setting within a small block of just nine units. With only a 250-meter walk to Burleigh Beach and a quick five-minute stroll to the shops and dining along James Street, as well as local schools and walking trails, this coastal haven offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.  
  
This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
