Bookings of adults under 24 are not permitted due to insurance requirements. All adult bookings may be subject to questions about age and purpose of stay to prevent fraud and unauthorised gatherings. Pet Policy Strictly no pets allowed. Starter Supplies We provide all guests with starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. The starter supplies are not to last for your entire stay, only to last until you get settled in. Starter supplies may include, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, tea towel, coffee pods, sugar, milk. Check-in check-out Standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is strictly 10:00am. We can occasionally accommodate early and late check-in/out however this is something we can only confirm within 3 days of your arrival date. We need to ensure the cleaners and check-in staff can assist with this request. There is a charge for early check-in and/or late check-outs. 12pm (Midday) is the maximum extension for both.
