The stylish self-contained apartment features: \- 1 bedroom with one queen size bed \- 1 bedroom with two single beds \- 1 bathroom \- 1 living room with dining area with air conditioning \- 1 full-size kitchen \- 1 balcony \- 1 laundry \- 1 free parking in the basement Guest must check in before 10 pm. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking. • No parties or events on the premises.
