The location was great, management very good, gardens and areas around the complex was great, wasn’t the unit we were shown in the booking but was still ok the one we had. We had a few issues with our apartment and power at some stages but overall it was ok.

The property facilities including the pool and BBQ area were good. Our rooms were a real let down and the photos of the room on the advertisement, did not represent what we got. From the broken front door and broken balcony screen door, the poor cleanness of the cutlery and dishware provided. The room also included a small TV screen and uncomfortable couch. My family and I would not stay here again for the price.

Great location close to the beach and 5 min walk to Cavill Ave but there were a fair few issues when we arrived like a crap mattress, blocked drains, poor cooking gear etc but thanks to the brand new owners they rectified these issues with a new mattress and cooking gear and drains unblocked. Probably needs a bit more cooking utensils like a potato masher etc plus an electric fry pan. The clothes dry still needs fixing you have to bash the button to close it properly to activate the machine plus timer cuts out regularly so need to restart lots. Not sure about the bare concrete floors thru out the unit probably drops it down a star rating. Unit not quite as advertised said King bed on Wotif but is a Queen and an Aircon in bedroom but there isn’t one. Great secure spot parking and gated community. The unit needs more info about the unit and how everything works especially TV & Wifi.

Had a 3 bedroom apartment was spacious although it was a very hot weekend there was no air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms fans were not quite enough to keep cool we traveled with two cars and they were very accomodating to let us park both in the secure basement parking area as it was not very busy .appartment was clean and tidy although a little outdated

security was an issue due to screen and balcony door did not lock. Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner and more soap would have been good. No face washers & no spare towel. Okay for overnight. facilities good and nice surrounds. Old & a bit dated. Better balnket for the bed required.

Property not like the photos at all. Property is way outdated Although kitchen appeared clean was afraid to use some utensils Some windows wouldn’t open or netting was broken. Great potential but property was very dusty and dirty and in need of repairs. Bathroom had not been cleaned from previous tenant as hair, dust and broken glass on floor. Bathroom cabinets extremely water damaged and swollen. Mosquitos everwhere in room. Flyscreens black with dust and consistent with dust around room. Kitchen floor greasy and slippery, didnt want to take my shoes off or touch anything. No reply when I let reception know upon arrival.

The unit was out dated. Lots of things broken or didn’t work. Untidy and didn’t feel clean. Dishes in cupboards were dirty, minimal Cooking utensils provided. Dishwasher broken. Found old bandaids under the bed.

Arrived at unit and there was no power, called the number no answer but called back very quick, was told don’t use air con as it would trip power. Later learnt that air con didn’t work and it was the fan that tripped the power. Went out come back and no power again. Hasn’t been dusted in a way and was rubbish under beds, booked for 5 people and only got 4 towels.

Warning to travellers! Do not stay at this place! There was NO hot water and air-conditioning was not working at all. There was zero communication with management as I have tried for weeks asking the height limit of the garage. I have tried the contact form on their website, email from their facebook and the of course the mobile number. After talking with the residents who live there, found out the mobile number provided is the manager's old number and he would not give out his new number. The only time I saw someone was at check in, there was no one at the office in the morning.

The worst accommodation Ive ever stayed in. Broken coffee table broken light broken fan, broken wardrobe door, broken balcony door, broken dishwasher. No cover on ironing board, no curtins in bathroom and neighbour could see in, no globes in bedside lamp, stained cushions on beds. Reception was rarely open and manager rarely answered phone and no voicemail option. Manager blamed cleaner for state of the room but it was the cleaner who found another ironing board which was stained but she did her best. Theres no lift and trying to get bags up several flights of stairs was difficult. The key wouldn't work to get into the property, do had to get another one, the manager was rude and took no accountability for issues with the room. On a positive note, the pool area was very clean as was the bbq area but i don't know if the bbq worked. When i was leaving another guest was telling me their ceiling was leaking. This is budget accommodation but that shouldn't mean all the issues I listed. I only continued my stay because it was paid for and i didn't want the hassle of trying to get a refund. This property needs to be fixed and they need new management.

Not bad for a family weekend getaway!

Important to take note of the lack of stairs, particularly if you have mobility issues or travel with lots of luggage. Some apartments are due for renovation, others look really good!

Our room was immaculate .. freshly renovated and was so roomy. The location of the hotel was brilliant and I can highly recommend this place. The indoor spa and pool was fantastic as the weather at Easter was terrible. We nearly cancelled due to covid but so glad we didn’t . I would stay there again. Room 45 was perfect. Only thing there are no lifts in the premises.

Arrived at 10.30am and understood that checkin wasn’t until 2pm. Michael was really friendly and offered to hold our bags whilst housekeeping cleaned our apartment and told us the room would be ready about 11.30am. Went out and did some shopping and got an early lunch. As promised, Michael phoned at 11.30am and advised our apartment was ready. He was So helpful and we were thankful he got our apartment ready early. Generally the whole place is fine. Apartments could do with a little bit of updating if you are not picky and don’t mind a bit of obvious wear and tear, seeing a bit of rust in the bathroom, mould on the tiles or bathroom blind or dodgy shower head. I would stay again as am definitely not high maintenance and prefer location and price over amenities and prestige.
