Offering a classic hotel experience in a prime location, our place is perfect for your Surfers Paradise getaway. This studio is located on level 9 and can host a maximum of 4 guests. In this studio, you will have: \- 1 living area with 2 double-size beds and air conditioning \- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathtub. \- TV, Fridge, Wardrobe, and a desk in the living area. \- 1 balcony with a glimpse of sea view There is no parking and no internet provided within this studio booking. The following we provide may interest you: • Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (\*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests. • Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking. • No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings. • We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors. • If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m.–10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day. • In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement. • The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. • There is a bar downstairs, and there may be loud music on weekend nights. • Nearby, there is a construction site, which may occasionally cause noise. • Guests are kindly requested to ensure all personal belongings, such as clothing, jewellery, electronics, and other valuables, are collected prior to check-out. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering any items left behind, due to operational and procedural limitations, we cannot guarantee that all lost items can be recovered. If items are located and returned, guests may be responsible for any related postage or delivery costs. Lost items are generally retained for a limited period in accordance with our standard procedures, after which unclaimed items may be disposed of or handled appropriately.
