Communication with the agent was difficult and reports of pre-existing damage were ignored. One of the master bedrooms has a TINY television while the adjacent kids bedroom has a massive screen! Power point in the second master bedroom broken rendering it unusable to get ready. Provided pots/pans for cooking in deplorable condition. Found dirty socks next to the bed on our arrival and the furniture covered in dust, not sure what the cleaners actually do considering you're expected to clean the apartment (to the condition you found it in) before you leave.
