LEASE TERM The guest shall be allowed to occupy the premises from 3pm of the booking check in date and until 10am of the check out date. KEY COLLECTION The person making the booking must be present at key collection via either concierge or lock box. Key collection is offsite (5-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the property). Full details will be sent 30 hours prior to check-in. OCCUPANTS The total number of individuals staying on the premises during the lease term shall be a total of guests as per the booking. Exceeding the guest limit will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund.
