This open plan home has 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. to 11 separate restaurants; beach is just a walking distance away. in Isle of Capri, centre of the Gold Coast, Ultimate Resort-Like 5BR Capri Waterfront w/ Pool is situated in the sought after Isle of Capri, conveniently located in a prime and prestigious residential area walking distance to Surfers Paradise. Enjoy all the best that Gold Coast has to offer. As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25\. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.
