The Space: Our place accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and includes:

Guest Access: As our guests, you may enjoy your leisure with exclusive access to the recreation deck on level 2 for the following facilities: Swimming Pool (12m Length | 1.3m Depth); Spa (1m Depth); Poolside Sun Beds; BBQ Facilities; Sauna & Bathrooms on level 2, open from 7.30am to 9.00pm.
For the comfort and benefit of all facility users, we ask all our guests to read through and adhere to the rules set for and displayed at all facilities on the property.
Facility access is subject to open hours but not guaranteed due to maintenance or other issues conducted by the building management.
Other Things to Note: CHECK-IN:
In order for us to validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide us with a copy of your ID (Australian driver licence or passport) prior to your arrival. We will also require you to bring this ID with you for your check-in.
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Keys need to be collected from our office in Broadbeach QLD 4218, during check-in time. The full address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. An extra charge will be incurred for any early/ late check-in; please contact the host for details.
EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT: Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we request all guests to adhere to this timing. For guests departing via public transportation, you may simply return the keys to the designated spot in our apartment before you leave. Please note that if you have parked your car in the on-site carpark, you will require the fob to access and exit. Remember that you will move your car to the street parking area and return the key to our designated spot as the final step.
NO late check-outs are allowed. Please note that an AUD50 fine applies for every 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and timely departure from our property.
KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE: Key loss will result in charge of $300. Please always remember to bring the keys with you when leaving the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $80 will be charged from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and an additional $120 for any time beyond this period. If the host is unreachable, kindly contact the locksmith for your emergency at your own cost.
NO BAGGAGE STORAGE before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine. **NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS!!!**
EXIT CLEANING ONLY. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish to leave the place as you generally find it, or a $100 additional cleaning fee if needed.

Fantastic location. There were some little touches missing like the quality of hand wash, mugs were chipped, no coffee machine or beach towels for use. For the price I like those things included. Otherwise it was really clean and so close to the beach and cafes.
