Located in Southern Cross building located in Burleigh, the most ideal location the Gold Coast has to offer. Configured 2 x Queen Beds and 1 x Single bed this apartment is ideal for couples, friends and families looking for a beachside getaway. Step out onto your very own private balcony, watch the most beautiful sunsets over the ocean.  
This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.  
  
There are plenty of amazing cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and groceries stores all within walking distance, and an iconic beach on the Gold Coast.  
  
Please be advised that smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, on both apartment balconies and in common areas. Pets are also not permitted at the property.

While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.

This apartment was in the perfect location for us. Walking distance to everything - beach, shops, restaurants, Bureigh Hill walking trail and cafes. Sea views were amazing. The online description and photos were accurate. We had a lovely stay and would book again.

#### Outstanding Ocean Views!

I loved my stay at this apartment. It was so close to everything with the beach just a short stroll across the Esplanade. I spent most afternoons on the balcony overlooking the beach, it was so relaxing. In fact there were views of the beach from most windows! The apartment was extremely comfortable, loved the recliners and had everything you could possibly need. The bed was lovely and comfy. Would highly recommend and would love to come back some day.
