The original style unit is located on the fourth floor and offers stunning ocean views. The one-bedroom unit offers a comfortable air-conditioned lounge room that leads through to your own private beachfront balcony. The fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher also features ocean views and has everything you need on holidays. The master bedroom offers queen bed and stunning ocean views with ensuite and walk in shower. There are also unlimited Wi-Fi and laundry facilities for your convenience. Beachfront Palms 408 is great for an affordable holiday and ticks all the boxes - absolute beachfront, air-conditioned, swimming pool, lift, secure underground parking (2m clearance), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and of course stunning ocean views! Beachfront Palms 408 is located within Regency on the Beach which offers resort facilities including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna, rooftop area and beachfront barbecue area. Our office is approximately 20 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Linen Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. It is well over 2.0 kilometres to the shops. You were not right on the beach as the rear fence was all blocked off and no access was permissible. It is very disruptive going to pick up keys and then having to drop them back if you have no transport.
