Very tired and way overdue for an upgrade/clean up. It’s 2024 and there’s no aircon or wi-fi. Surely these days that’s a minimum expectation The apartment is grubby. It needs a paint throughout and the carpet is tired. Paint flaking off walls and doors, scratches and scrapes that just need to be tidied up. No towel hanging rails in the bathrooms. Where do you hang your towels to dry? Obviously over the top of the pedestal fan in the bedroom? No spare toilet rolls in either toilet. Minor issue but really? Bathrooms are so dated and grubby it’s almost embarrassing. Grout in desperate need of a clean. Just grubby. We had the rental for 9 nights and no clean towels delivered or left in the apartment. Grubby. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. But no basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee or tea. I understand it’s an apartment rental but it’s 2024 - your competition does this much better. Despite the brilliant location I couldn’t recommend this property or go back again until it had a significant overhaul and clean up. Did I mention the apartment was grubby and needed a paint and a clean? ##### Stephen M.
