The spacious living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings including a double fold out sofa (perfect for kids), a second two seater couch to fit the whole family and a workspace / desk area for those who need to catchup on some business. Step out onto your private beachfront balcony and enjoy the breeze and stunning ocean views right across to Surfers Paradise! This is the perfect spot to watch from your private beachfront deck the Cooly Rocks On festival, whale watch in winter and the sun set over Surfers Paradise. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
