It has a partial ocean view and is a great choice for travelers interested in relaxation, food, and theme parks. There is so much to do and see in Australia's most celebrated destination - Surfers Paradise, such as award-winning restaurants, bars festivals, and endless golden beaches. This apartment is located on level 23 and pictures on Airbnb are taken in the unit. We can host a maximum of 4 guests in this unit. The stylish self-contained apartment has a partial ocean view and features \- a bedroom with a queen bed and TV \- a living room with a TV and a sofa bed ( There is an extra cost to use the sofa bed..) \- a well-functioned kitchen with a dining table \- a bathroom with a walking shower and toilet \- a laundry with a washing machine and dryer \- a balcony with outdoor furniture The living room has an air conditioning unit with a high power output that is sufficient to cool the entire unit. There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season. Friendly reminder: There’s ongoing construction across the street, which is now nearing completion. Please note that some noise can be heard during the day. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help reduce the noise. The construction may also partially block the view. As the building is still in progress, we are unable to provide an accurate photo of the view at the time of your stay. Thank you for your understanding. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking. • No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings. • We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors. • If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day. • In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement. • The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities.
