"Hesla Gård (Farm) is so charming. There has been great care in preserving the historic buildings, the lodging is clean and very comfortable, and the inn hosts are wonderful. Easy walk to town (10 min) and to local sites, such as the Gol Church, and to hiking trails. I look forward to my next visit! "

"A bit run down but still nice enough if you are just passing through. Wouldn't stay if vacationing there. Empty parking lot but we were still charged $15 to park. Skipped breakfast."

"Staff at greeting was so friendly, patient and helpful. We stayed in the apartment and if we are ever fortunate to find ouselves in the area again would choose that option. The breakfast was very full of options! Our experience was so favorable we sought out a Thon property on our next stay!"
